The playboy sushi roll was the best thing we tried. The rest of our food was also good. Our waitress seemed a bit shy, but she was efficient.
A great atmosphere and the employees are so friendly and helpful. My husband and I shared the Edamame. I had a Rizz roll (absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it) and the sashimi that had the perfect texture and flavor. My husband had the wagyu steak with stir fried vegetables. The steak cooked perfectly medium and the veggies were divine. We will be going back!
Back in September of 2024 I moved over to cottonwood heights from the downtown area and was really missing my favorite sushi spots, so I stopped by for a bite after work. The staff was super friendly, the food was great, and I loved the variety in the menu too. Definitely a lot more entree options than you usually see at a sushi place. I’ve been back a few times since and it always hits the spot, the chef behind the sushi bar (I think it I was Ben or Benji or Benny or something like that) was super nice too and made it fun. Definitely my new go-to when I’m around.

The vibe is cool and relaxed, perfect for hanging out with friends or a casual date. Service is friendly, the menu has plenty of variety, and everything just feels easy. It’s not trying too hard, and that’s what makes it great. Prices are fair, and you usually leave full and happy. Definitely worth coming back for!
My husband and I LOVE coming here! We come here so often because of the amazing servers Danielle, Stephanie, and Kristy. All three of them have worked here for years and know us by name and always ask about our personal lives, making each visit special. Even the head sushi chef, Benny, recognizes us and always makes us feel welcome. The food is always great, and the rolls are substantial; I get full from just one. The fish is always fresh, and the Kobe burger especially is fantastic. Also, the GM Makena takes special care to make sure we had a great experience. Thanks to you all for the wonderful experiences we have had over the years!
Food is incredibly good and sushi menu is very different from the usual 5 ingredients sushi places . Service is excellent. The bacon crunch sushi roll is my favorite. The schezuan chicken and the fuji chicken are great also.
My wife and I visit Cottonwood Heights weekly for sushi. We come back time after time because the associates and staff are always so friendly! We find the food is always fresh and well prepared. This is a great spot for regulars, out of towers, and first timers. Give them a try!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. I ordered noodles, some sushi rolls, and the crab rangoon. All the food was delicious! Overall a fantastic experience, I’d recommend it for a lovely meal!!!
